2/4/2009 - alarm went off and practice evacuated rapidly and completely according to protocol -premises evacuated within two minutes and all fire doors closed. However difficulty arose in determining cause of alarm going off. In the end it was ascertained that it was actually the burglar alarm being activated by a BT fault. However good practice!	26/3/2009 Fire 30/3/2009 intruder	6/4/2009 - panic alarm was activated accidently but misinterpreted by receptionist who believed it to be a fire alarm.
