OTIS 24 Hour Service Telephone on 0800 181 363 to contact the OTISLINE 24 hour service centre The OTISLINE operator will ask you for your SITE CODE number and the name and address of the building:
Site Code: 36338 Site Address: Goodwood Court 52 Cromwell Road Hove, East Sussex BN3 3DX After the OTISLINE operator has confirmed the details you will be asked for the location of the lift/escalator and the nature of the problem The OTISLINE operator will then ask you for your name and telephone number. The Service Call will then be automatically referred to the appropriate OTIS service branch |
