We appreciate the feedback that our patients provide to us. Regrettably we cannot act on every suggestion - but when we can, we do !

These pages are designed to test your requirements of us as an NHS practice - we are regulated in the services that we can provide and have a commitment to provide care for many hundreds of patients as cost-effectively as possible! Hence while we would love to spend half an hour in every consultations, such is not possible.  Our basic services are health care provision and we provide:

• Appointments available within 24 hours (Monday to Friday)
• Appointments up until 8pm at night at least three times a week
• Pre-bookable appointments up to a month ahead (not necessarily with every practititioner)
• Ten minute appointments (sometimes longer)
• Repeatable authorised prescriptions within 24 hours
• Choice of male or female practitioner
• Fully approved as accessible for disabled persons
• Midwifery, practice nursing and child surveillance services
