The practice has moved over to a new secure website for ordering of repeat prescriptions and also to allow you to make appointments over the internet... please contact reception for a password and a logon which will allow you access to this facility.
To order your repeat prescription, use the button above - all requests received by 2000hrs (8pm) will be prepared for 0800 (8am) the next morning Monday to Friday Please NOTE only items and quantities shown on your repeat prescription form can be ordered in this way and please DO NOT expect a reply or acknowledgement .... we will contact you if there is a problem provided we have your email address. If you require something that is not listed on you form, you will need to see your own doctor to have this authorised. You may also request prescriptions in writing by leaving a request at Goodwood Court or by writing to us by post. If you are coming to see your doctor - he or she can issue your prescription at the time of your consultation. We may not issue prescriptions if you need monitoring, or if your request is too early or inappropriate in any way. Patients on medicines for Blood Pressure or Epilepsy must ensure that they see their doctor at least every six months for review
