We appreciate the feedback that our patients provide to us. Regrettably we cannot act on every suggestion – but when we can, we do !
These pages are designed to test your requirements of us as an NHS practice – we are regulated in the services that we can provide and have a commitment to provide care for many hundreds of patients as cost-effectively as possible! Hence while we would love to spend half an hour in every consultations, such is not possible. Our basic services are health care provision and we provide:
- Appointments available within 24 hours (Monday to Friday)
- Appointments up until 8pm at night at least three times a week
- Pre-bookable appointments up to a month ahead (not necessarily with every practititioner)
- Ten minute appointments (sometimes longer)
- Repeatable authorised prescriptions within 24 hours
- Choice of male or female practitioner
- Fully approved as accessible for disabled persons
- Midwifery, practice nursing and child surveillance services
